Emergency Lighting Series
Our Custom LED Emergency Luminaires are engineered exclusively for critical industrial and commercial facilities, boasting fail-safe operational reliability and cutting-edge compliance-certified technology. In the event of power outages, these luminaires deliver uninterrupted, code-compliant illumination that maximizes on-site safety and enables swift, orderly evacuation. We also provide one-stop OEM/ODM emergency lighting solutions, fully tailored to meet your project-specific requirements
LiFePO4 Battery Technology:
Say goodbye to traditional Ni-Cd/Ni-MH batteries. Fanxstar utilizes Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, which offer double the lifespan, faster charging, and lower standby power consumption. They are also cadmium-free, making them an eco-friendly choice for sustainable buildings.
Smart Testing Options:
Maintenance of emergency lighting is mandatory but costly. We offer three testing levels to suit your budget and facility management needs:
– Manual Test: Standard push-button testing.
– Self-Test: The fixture automatically performs monthly/annual functional tests and indicates faults via an LED indicator.
– DALI 2.0: Fully addressable systems for centralized monitoring and reporting on BMS (Building Management Systems).

How much lux in emergency light?
BS 5266 recommends the provision of horizontal ilumination at floor level along the centre line of a defined escape
route (permanently unobstructed) not less than 1 lux, and 0,5 lux for anti-panic areas. to exclude a 0.5m border
around the route. In addition, for escape routes of up to 2m wide, 50% of the route width should be lit to a minimum
of 1.0 lux. Wider escape routes can be treated as a number of 2m wide bands.
The actual degree of illumination should be closely related to the nature of both the premises and its occupants, with
special consideration being given to care homes for the elderly, hospitals, crowded venues such as pubs, nightclubs
and supermarkets, and to whether or not the premises have overnight accommodation, e.g. hotels.
The level of illumination in certain rooms and areas within a building will vary depending on their use; all this
information is contained in the appendices to BS 5266-1: 2011. N.B: The above is a brief summary and we
recommend that the appropriate standard is studied to gain a full understanding of what is involved.

FAQs
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
IP65: Dust-tight and protected against low-pressure water jets (e.g., rain). Ideal for warehouses, parking garages.
IP66: Dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets (e.g., coastal/industrial cleaning). Ideal for high-humidity or frequent washdown areas.
High-voltage (220V) models require power shutdown; low-voltage (24V) options support live debugging.
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design first based on our sample.
The key difference between manual test and self-test emergency lighting systems lies in compliance verification methodology, operational complexity, and regulatory alignment.
Of course, we offer a 5-year warranty for all products, covering LED chips and drivers
